With BuddyCompany app, you can quickly and easily book a variety of cleaning services. When you book, you need to specify where and when you need cleaning and how many square meters have to be covered. We support RUT deductions, which means that you only pay 50% of the cleaning cost.

Yes, our Buddies do not bring cleaning equipment (except for the move-out cleaning). For best results, we recommend that you have: a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a bucket, an all-purpose detergent, a toilet cleaner, a glass cleaner, some cleaning rags, sponges, dust cloths, as well as detergents and equipment necessary for possible additional services (e.g. window cleaning or oven cleaning).
Typically, our customers let in a Buddy and hand over a key which is then left in the letter box when the cleaning is completed. Indicate how you want to do it and if you have any special requests, put them in the notes section of your booking.
We are happy to provide you the service even if you work at home. Our Buddies take it into account and keep their distance during the service. If you have the opportunity, we recommend that you stay in another room or go for a walk while we perform the service. If you have the slightest cold symptoms, just get in touch with us at bokningar@buddycompany.com and we will help you rebook the service.
Accidents happen to everyone, and we are prepared for that. We have a company insurance with liability insurance that covers damage to your property. The insurance also covers personal injuries to our customers and Buddies. Contact us at bokningar@buddycompany.com if an accident occurs and we will make sure to take care of it.
Up to 48 hours before the start of the home cleaning time, you can easily cancel at no extra cost by contacting our customer support. Late cancellations (24 to 12 hours before the service time) will be charged SEK 200. Cancellations within 12 hours of the start of the booking will be charged 80% of the service cost.
