The German entity of TechBuddy announced today that it has acquired 100 percent of Expertiger GmbH. Expertiger is a German company offering instant remote computer support.
Munich, 7 December 2021--The German entity of TechBuddy, a leading tech support company in Europe, announced today that it has acquired 100% of Expertiger GmbH, a German company offering instant remote computer support on the phone or through remote access.
With over 100,000 completed tasks, TechBuddy has established itself as a trusted brand for technical support in Sweden, Spain, Germany and Israel. The acquisition of Expertiger is yet another step in TechBuddy’s "buy-and-build" strategy and enables the company to offer remote tech support, in addition to the on-site service offering. Remote service is particularly relevant during the pandemic, as it does not require an in-person interaction with customers.
Expertiger offers professional PC help for private customers and small businesses. The support inquiries are forwarded directly to specialists via a marketplace model, who then solve all issues directly on the phone or through remote access. There are currently more than 60 independent computer specialists working for the company.
